Meet Kalen Russell, daughter of Darrell & Peaches Russell, granddaughter of Stephen & Mary Russell and Robert & Caletha Lee. 

Kalen is originally from Muskogee, Oklahoma but now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. 

​

She has a M.Ed from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College and has worked on the communications side of advocacy for several nonprofits using social media and grassroots organizing to scale reach, build partnerships, and support increased civic engagement. 

​

Kalen is an active member of Lee Chapel A.M.E. Church, the Choose How You Move Advisory Committee, and the League of Women Voters of Nashville. 

​

We are thrilled to have Kalen as a Guest Speaker on Nuggets of Inspiration & Hope.
