Our Story

NOIH Octogenarian Plus Celebration is an annual event honoring Women of God from various cities around the globe who are 80 years of age and older. The purpose is to highlight and bring attention to these 'Precious Jewels' that God has blessed through the years and who have blessed others with their love, prayers, kindness, guidance, wisdom, resources, etc. It is a time where we as a Women's Ministry set aside the 2nd Saturday in September each year to simply say we love and appreciate our Octogenarians for who they are and what they have done for others. Our prayer is that these Honorees will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, feel the love and know that they matter to each of us.
